Photo-a-Day December 3

During the past month I have been busy, busy, busy creating, crafting ... enJOYing!
I had the day off Monday so with the help of "Master Jeweler" Nancy I was able to add something "Merry and Bright" to my list of completed Christmas projects.
Thanks, Nancy ... even though I had to string it twice : ) I gained a new skill, learned a valuable lesson in patience, and left with something precious ... it was exactly what I had in mind.

Speaking of Jewels

Only two short days before returning to work several of my co-workers got together on a rainy day in August and spent many hours at Nancy's fashioning jewelry, enjoying lunch together, and catching up on our summer stories. With a couple of months off work I was missing the fellowship of those I spend so much time with during the school year.

And an added benefit ... I have several new gems in my jewelry box : )
